Interview with The Nephew

Founded in 1991, after 48 hours of uninterrupted alcohol reading at the house of the Adomilli brothers, in Porto Alegre, the band was soon named BORBOLETA NEGRA. A tribute to the black music influences of TOM BELMONTE “The nephew” (voice and lyrics), adoring James Brown, Funkadelic, Chic and Jimi Hendrix and poets like Cazuza, Paulo Leminsky and Maiakowski; FELIPE “boca” SILVEIRA (bass and vocals), fond of Iron Maiden and Motorhead metal; and the brothers LEO AND ALESSANDRO ADOMILLI.
