In discussions with international collaborators Helga Zepp-LaRouche emphasized the danger emanating from the unwillingness of the European war party to seek peace and use negotiations to bring the Russia/Ukraine conflict to an end. The “Rearm Europe” campaign to make the European nations “war ready” and deliver more heavy weapons to Ukraine is escalating, despite high-level negotiations going on between the US and Russia.

Zepp-LaRouche said:

“Now, very worrisome also in line with the militarization of Europe, is the fact that Germany and Great Britain, together, decided on the development of the new, long-range missile, with a range of more than 2,000 km. That has been presented by the defense ministers of both countries, British Defense Minister John Healey and German Minister Boris Pistorius; naturally 2,000-5,000 km normally is called a medium-range missile, but they are calling it a long-range missile, and obviously, this goes way beyond the Taurus; and the Taurus, this is mooted in some alternative media articles, that Merz may have already decided on the Taurus, and just not made it public.”

“ What is circulating widely is a so-called “Green Book” by the Bundeswehr, which demands a change in mentality, and it’s basically long descriptions and handbooks, how the civilian society must be pulled into military logic; the healthcare system has to be made ready to deal with 1,000 injured per day; then it has all detailed guidelines for how every household should have an emergency reserve of food, water, and electricity, first-aid courses, civil training in the schools, more money for the Red Cross and so forth and so on: It’s a complete hysteria.”

Whereas Merz, in a television show May 15, made an attempt to play down, for the moment, the importance of the discussion about a delivery of Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine, news from London the same day indicated that there may be worse things on the agenda than the Taurus. The so-called Trinity House agreement signed on October 23, 2024, under German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, will be realized now under Chancellor Merz.

Mainstream Media Doesn't Want You to See These Videos of Actions in Support of Palestine

It was Major weekend of actions for Palestine, taking place on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the Nakba, the ethnic cleansing of Palestine by Israel in 1948, when ¾ million Palestinians were forcibly expelled from their land or fled, and thousands killed in massacres.

These actions were all over the world, and were incredibly important. We’re presenting several videos here, to make sure they are seen, as we organize towards the upcoming UN conference on the two-state mandate for Gaza and a reconstruction plan for the region.

First, 100k people gathered yesterday at The Hague in the Netherlands, a hub of international law and diplomacy. You’ll see a sea of red shirts :

Protesters walked a 3-mile (5-kilometer) loop around the city center of The Hague, to symbolically create the red line against genocide.
