As a licensed psychotherapist and lifelong teacher, my WILL is to motivate people to adopt practices that work so they can feel rooted in love (not fear) and be grounded in who they are.

Through various practices, you will find that healing requires learning how to root down within ones own self to be present enough to connect with all of the parts that make you Whole – Mind, Body, Spirit, Emotions, and Relationships.
