In part 2 of my interview with Chris Sams, we learn how Chris ran across the country using the tag line "Sams Across America," from Baltimore to San Diego over a span of 5 months, running approximately a marathon a day.
We learn the importance of writing down your goals to make them real and how really believing in yourself is paramount to achieving your goals. Chris’ journey is inspirational to anyone who thinks they “can’t do it.” Like Henry Ford said, “Whether you think you can or think you can’t…you’re right.”

Hal Elrod is the #1 best-selling author of what is now being widely regarded as "one of the most life-changing books ever written."
It’s called, The Miracle Morning: The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed To Transform Your Life… Before 8AM, and get this—it has over 350 five-star reviews on Amazon, which puts it in the top 1/10th of 1% of any book ever written, in the history of the world.
What’s even more incredible than that, Hal actually died for 6 minutes when he was 20 years old. He was hit head on by a drunk driver at 70 mph, broke 11 bones, and was told by doctors that he would never walk again…
Well, not only did he walk, Hal went on to run a 52-mile ultra-marathon, become a hall of fame business achiever, an international keynote speaker, one of the top success coaches in the world, he’s a hip-hop recording artist, he was featured in the Chicken Soup for the Soul series, has appeared on radio and TV shows across the country, and the list just goes on and on.
He’s also the host of one of the top personal development podcasts on iTunes, called “Achieve Your Goals with Hal Elrod,” which also has over 100 five-star reviews. As the bestselling author of The Miracle Morning, I brought him on today to talk about how you can change any—or EVERY area of your life, by simply changing the way you wake up in the morning.
