#BeCaring: The Core Value. Having Progressive Coaching discussions can be really uncomfortable. When drafting and delivering progressive coaching discussions, approach it with empathy and a common goal to grow.

Written Warnings:

  • Preparation: Collect relevant information and
  • understand its impact on the business.
  • Drafting: Partner with HR to ensure clarity
  • and consistency. Define what happened, its impact, required changes, and clear consequences for non-compliance.
  • Delivery: Conduct the conversation in a
  • private, safe space. Discuss the warning thoroughly, document the conversation, and obtain the team member's signature within 24 hours.
  • Documentation: Submit the signed warning to HR for
  • documentation, regardless of whether a signature is obtained.
