Drafting: Partner with HR to ensure clarityand consistency. Define what happened, its impact, required changes, and clear consequences for non-compliance.
Delivery: Conduct the conversation in aprivate, safe space. Discuss the warning thoroughly, document the conversation, and obtain the team member's signature within 24 hours.
Documentation: Submit the signed warning to HR fordocumentation, regardless of whether a signature is obtained.
