Your 20s have a way of teaching you lessons the hard way. In this episode, I'm sharing five of the biggest lessons I've learned through mistakes, growth, relationships, and learning to trust myself.
We'll talk about why the all-or-nothing mindset keeps you stuck, how feelings aren't always facts, and the difficult truth that you cannot change people who aren't willing to change themselves. I'm also sharing why making the "wrong" decision is often better than making no decision at all, and how understanding attachment theory completely changed the way I view relationships, conflict, and emotional patterns.
If you're navigating a season of uncertainty, healing, self-discovery, or simply trying to become the woman you're meant to be, this conversation is for you.
In this episode:
Because becoming her isn't about being perfect. It's about learning, evolving, and choosing growth one lesson at a time.

This episode is my personal testimony — the real story behind why I walked away from bodybuilding and fully surrendered my life to the Lord. For years, bodybuilding shaped everything about me: how I saw myself, how I measured my worth, how I disciplined my body, and how I chased perfection. I didn’t realize how much it had become an idol until God started revealing the places where I was striving instead of surrendering.
In this episode, I share the moments that broke me open, the quiet ways God spoke to me, and the undeniable pull He placed on my heart to let go of the identity I had built and step into the one He was calling me to. I talk about the pressure, the obsession, the exhaustion, and the emptiness that came with chasing a version of “my best self” that had nothing to do with Him.
This is the story of how Jesus met me in that place, how He asked me to lay bodybuilding at His feet, and how He began rebuilding me from the inside out. It’s raw, emotional, and honest — a look into the transformation that happened when I finally stopped trying to control everything and chose obedience instead.
If you’ve ever felt trapped by an identity you created, or if you’re in a season where God is asking you to release something you never thought you’d let go of, this episode will speak to you. This is the testimony of how He freed me, redirected me, and taught me what true strength and surrender really is.
In this episode, I’m speaking to the version of you that’s been grinding, pushing, and “leveling up” because you feel like you have to. You’ve been chasing this idea of your “best self,” but somewhere along the way, the journey stopped feeling inspiring and started feeling like pressure. I break down that moment — the one you’ve felt — when discipline stops being empowering and starts becoming a performance your ego demands.
I talk about the quiet ways you’ve been measuring your worth by how consistent, productive, or perfect you are. The times you’ve felt guilty for slowing down. The routines you cling to because they make you feel in control. And I show you how that’s not growth… it’s fear disguised as self‑improvement.
This episode is your wake‑up call and your release. A reminder that you don’t have to earn your evolution. You don’t have to prove your potential. You get to grow in a way that feels human, honest, and actually sustainable. It’s time to step out of the trap — and into yourself.
In this episode, you’ll take a hard look at the thin, slippery line between discipline and obsession in your fitness and nutrition journey. You’ll explore how habits that start out healthy — tracking your meals, sticking to a routine, pushing yourself in the gym — can quietly shift into something that controls you instead of strengthens you.
You’ll reflect on the moments when “commitment” becomes anxiety, when “structure” becomes punishment, and when the pursuit of health starts costing you your peace. Through a faith‑rooted lens, you’ll learn how to recognize when your routine is serving you… and when it’s becoming your ruler.
This episode invites you to reclaim balance, honor your body without idolizing it, and build discipline that aligns with your purpose — not obsession that steals your joy.
In this episode, you’ll explore the exhausting cycle of trying to perfect your body — the constant push to be leaner, smaller, and more “ideal.” You’ll see how easy it is to let fitness become the center of your life, promising fulfillment but never actually delivering it.
You’ll hear the truth about how chasing physical perfection is like chasing the wind. No matter how disciplined you are or how much progress you make, it never feels like enough. Through a faith‑rooted perspective, you’ll be invited to shift your focus from striving for an image to living with purpose, peace, and intention.
