I read this morning about men are more afraid more than ever before. I recorded this on the day of the hearing for Dr. Ford and the Kavanaugh. This was more of a rant than anything else today but I believe as men we can do better.

Today, Mike shared his story of how life has changed with 2 kids over the past 5 months. He explains three important tips he has learned while adding more people to the family and running a business. With business growing over the past 3 years, adjustments have to be made to fully support the new direction of the company. Adjustments need to be made on the homefront as well when you add an additional member to the family.

Wow, it has been awhile since a podcast was completed here in the land of Project Life. Today I want to give you an update on what has happened over the past 5 months since Ruby was born here in Maine. It has been quite a journey but very excited to be coming out of the other end of a tough 2018. See you soon.

There is a common theme I am seeing constantly when it comes to having a baby and being a dad. There are very few people who actually checkin on the dads during the lifespan of a kid or when the woman is pregnant. Now I am not saying everything should be focused on Dads by any means, but at least have the conversation with them to see how they are doing.

Department stores are closing every single week because the market is constantly changing and few companies are keeping up with the changes. This is a huge reason two massive chains have closed all of their stores recently because they failed to keep up with the changes in the global economy. It is possible to keep up with the changing market, but we have to notice the changes.

After spending the year working with many clients, there is a common theme I come across with every single one of them on taking their business to the next level. In today's podcast, I talk more about what that trait is and it is the most important in your business. Few people are talking about it in the world of business development.
