How has life changed by completely a podcast for 100 days in a row? Well it is has given me something to do very consistently and that is a very good feeling of completing something for that amount of time. It is about the journey this podcast has taken me on and looking forward to the next 100 days.
Michael Nickles & Julia Nickles moved to Maine, wrote a script, and produced a movie here in Maine. We read this script a few years ago around the Christmas table in Maine then a few years later they made that dream become a reality. There is more and more research coming out on the effects of sugar in the system and how bad it actually is for our systems. I did an experiment over the weekend to see how it affected me and I have to say it sent me in in a bit of spiral. Sugar is in everything and it is our job to pay attention to how it changes our mental game.
