Having been in the building industry for over 27 years, Mike set out on a mission of helping contractors and entrepreneur with strategies for growing and sustaining more profitable businesses. Today Mike operates several side hustles -Small Business Consulting Group, Stone Creek Construction Group, and is a Co-host on the Profit By Design Podcast. In 2015, he also ventured into real estate development and investment. He is also employed by Hollister Construction Services where he manages corporate interiors, special projects, as well as projects relating to strategic a partner Saxum Real Estate.
Through the school of hard knocks, and by working with some of the best business coaches, mentors, and builder colleagues, Mike has mastered the ins and outs of running a businesses, and has become a sought-after industry speaker & consultant with his eyes set on sharing his knowledge and expertise to other entrepreneurs.
