Nubli graduated from Queen's University of Belfast in 2011. After completing his Foundation Year programme, he specialised in Paediatrics and Neonatology. He obtained MRCPCH in 2016. He made a bold move to leave the NHS in 2018 when he accepted an offer to work as a clinical research physician for a private company. In the last 2 years, he has been involved with over 50 clinical trials, contributing to the clinical development of new medicine that would benefit millions of people around the world. He is also a keen SCUBA diver.
Journaling has many documented benefits: helps to reduce stress and improve conditions such as anxiety and depression. Today, I want to talk about how I’ve used journaling to help get me out of a rut, highlight negative patterns and just generally be an all-around helpful process. If you don’t journal already, hopefully, I’ll be able to convince you to start and show you some of the tips I use to help me in my day-to-day.

I recently read Influence the Psychology of Persuasion by Professor Robert B Cialdini. The New York Times Bestseller was published in 1984 and was based on 3 years of research and undercover work.
The book does a good job of breaking down the different principles and backs up each claim with research findings so if you’re into that then you’ll enjoy reading it.
Here, I’ll cover 7 ideas that will be quite easy to use and I’ll also explain the reasoning behind them. I have only mentioned some of the tactics the book covers.
In this episode, we talk about money with The Female Money Doctor. We touch on property and why renting could be better depending on the circumstances. Then we go deeper into investing and why millennials might be risking their financial futures by ignoring their pension.
Burnout is caused by excessive work stress. Having experienced it myself, it led me to come up with my own conclusions about what it meant and how I could use that experience to positively impact my life.
In this episode, we discuss all things career: how to find work you love, how to handle rejections when approaching new people, how to challenge beliefs on money and so much more.
Welcome to Project Millennial, a space for burned-out millennials looking to live life more on their terms.
