Period poverty is real and is one of the reasons girls are skipping school consistently. Project OPOL (One Pad One Love) started on 7 July 2020 and is expanding and inspiring the community to fight period poverty. This project is an initiative by 3 teachers in Sabah: Ms Donna, Ms Marcella, and Ms Stella who are passionate into bringing equity for the girls into their schools. In this interview, Ms Stella shares the drive, process, and impact of their journey of OPOL.
