Happy New Year everyone! 

With today being January 1st, it's a great time for new beginnings but in today's episode, we'll be talking about how we don't have to wait for January 1st to have a new start or beginning. 

We're also going to talk about my word for 2024 and why I see it as a word that when applied, has a huge impact. 

With 2024 around the corner, I wanted to share 3 tips  I’ve found helpful when going after my goals. 

These 3 tips are: 

1. Commit to the price
   • Decide what the cost of going after your goal will be and then commit to it
2.  Fire the emotions
   • Your emotions will mislead you so don't negotiate
3.  Execute the plan 
   • Regardless of how you feel, you follow the plan
