If every company has access to the same increasingly capable machines, where does the advantage actually come from?
Before the first guest, Nish lays out the who, the what and the why of Prompting Humans. The who: leaders he picks with Gandhi and Magellan in mind, people being the AI change they want to see, who are sailing into the fog at the front of the ship and bringing their people with them. The what: the messy middle, where "AI changes everything" meets the reality of rewiring how work gets done and how value gets created. The why: as the machines get more capable, the real advantage will come from people, and drawing it out takes a different kind of leadership.

Connect with Nish
I've started, scaled, salvaged and exited multiple companies, most recently ConceptShare (acquired by Roper Technologies, 2018) and Napkyn Analytics (acquired by kyu, part of Hakuhodo DY, 2021). Today I'm building two companies in parallel: Tomorrow With Nish, a thought leadership and executive advisory firm, and Brilliant With AI, the AI studio behind TheMirror.ai.
My DMs are open. If you're leading through the AI messy middle, I'd like to hear what you're seeing. I'm happy to share what I'm hearing from the leaders I talk to.
