In this episode of the PronSIG Podcast, host Mike Budden speaks with Heather Hansen, a communications trainer, author and speaker based in Singapore, who has become one of the leading voices in the fight against accent bias. Heather is the founder of Global Speech Academy, author of the award-winning book Unmuted, and is currently completing a PhD on accent bias in the workplace.
