Kevin Lowe - Deputy Chair and Campbelltown Council Representative
Kevin is the Executive Manager Economic Development & Innovation at the City of Campbelltown having recently been appointed to this role to focus on business development, IT and Innovation at Campbelltown following 10 years as Council’s General Manager Urban Planning & Leisure Services which included the development and management of major projects and facilities like the ARC Campbelltown. Kevin has some 30 plus years experience in local government in New South Wales and South Australia across various roles and portfolios that align with or support economic development in the cites he has worked at.
His role with Council works with businesses at various levels including small business which includes traders in the shopping precincts that Council supports, along with business involved in the many programs Council run, such as the Flavours of Campbelltown Food Trail, Moonlight Markets and Pizza Festival and sees the need to continue supporting small business through entities such as Propel SA.
