Proper Villans

We are back! It's been a while, a lot to talk about. We speak over Garnacho's current situation, our players over international break, how were their minutes managed? And we round up the news so far.

The international break is here but we have a lot to still talk about. Aston Villa's summer signings have had their first games for us, so it's time for our early opinions about them.

We take a closer look at Zion Suzuki, Nicolas Jackson, Johan Manzambi, Joao Gomes and Ibrahim Mbaye and ask:

Is Jackson ALREADY better than Watkins? Is Manzambi an UPGRADE on Rogers? Why can't Tom stop talking about Suzuki's feet?! And more...

Huge win and performance away from home! Big performances from Suzuki, Manzambi, Jackson etc all discussed! Relief or celebration? We are BACK! Up the Villa!

We are back! We're into the hat for the next round of the League Cup! Tammy scores 2 and we cruise to victory! We discuss all the talking points. Up the Villa!

How big is this game? Would you call it a must win? We debate who should play and reflect on the previous game too considering we are still looking for our first game of the season. Up the Villa!

We lost, but did the circumstances make it better? We debate the Jackson substitution, we talk about Mbaye and Manzambi's impact and get news of Maatsen's injury. Up the Villa!

We won our last game, so it's time to keep the momentum going! Glasner tends to have Emery's number but we're due a win! We discuss the fallout from Brugge and the squad for this game.

What a game! We won! We got our first goals and first win of the season! And we do it in the Champions League! We dissect our favourite performances as well as tell you about our PERSONAL chaotic end of the trip! Up the Villa!

It feels like a 0 - 0 loss. We both have our heads on Mars! How did we not win, and is it a huge missed opportunity? We discuss the game and try to dissect why we played how we did. Up the Villa.

The window is finally shut! We discuss all the outgoings (Including Konsa, Watkins, Rogers) and the plenty of incomings, and decide if we are happy with how the squad is for the season. Aston Villa 2.0 is here! Up the Villa!
