Most people believe that you need a mortgage or a bucket load of money  to buy a property, either for your own home or when building a property portfolio. That's not the case.   

Banks and mortages are so restrictive, and they are making a huge profit  at the public's expense.   

Today, I am sharing 3 ways that you can buy houses without using the  banks or mortgages, either for yourself or a rental property.   

Knowledge is power, having choice is empowering.
