Well this is it people, the last few days before the General Election and we’ve seen all parties canvassing like crazy over the last few weeks.  The gang are talking election uncertainty this month from their respective houses - in Bristol, London and Bali - 3 guesses who is where.  Clue - check the shirt out.  We talk about the different potential outcomes of Thursday and how it may end up affecting the market and industry we’re in so tune in for some insights.

We’re back as a trio this month and it’s a short and snappy episode where we talk about whether or not it makes sense to include your home as part of your overall investment strategy.  We discuss motivation to get into property as for many it’s the ability to build or buy their “dream home” that is the reason for doing this job.  We talk about the importance but sometimes the difficulty of getting your partner or loved ones on board with the dream and whether or not we could live in a building site while the renovations are being completed - think living in a caravan on site for 5 years while you build your “grand design” (we’ve all seen the show!).  Elsewhere there’s auction chat with a couple of our hosts confessing to not being fans…!!!  

TW: Cancer.  Susannah tells us about how she’s had cancer and cancer treatment over the last couple of years.  Thankfully she is recovered now but if this is something that you are dealing with at the moment or struggling with then we totally understand if you need to skip this episode.

In the last of our special guest episodes, we are joined by Susannah Cole, The Good Property Company all the way from sunny, stunning Barcelona (what is it with these guests swanning around foreign climes?!). As you would expect from any of guests, the topics covered are varied and wide reaching!  We discuss building up a property portfolio which allows you to take a break from working for a while, grand 5 year plans and health challenges.  As ever there are some saucy moments which include a sexually well informed hairdresser but we’ll leave you to discover these in your own time!  Despite the type of subjects covered, it’s a joyous and uplifting episode so enjoy.
