The podcast currently has 34 episodes available.
The new series of the Property Marketer Show is here today!
In these next few episodes, we have decided to zero in on the question: Where Do Architects Stay?
It is a more loaded question that you might realize and in this first adaption we dive into the question even further with a special guest, Adi Cohen.
Adi Cohen has spoken on TED talk about her experiences as a nomad architect and she has travelled extensively over the course of her career.
From quitting her incredible job at a global architecture studio to creating a life and business of her own that focuses on her aspirations as an architect. She has now founded an architecture studio called the new movement which you can hear more about in the episode.
The reason Adi is such a great guest for this first show is because she has experienced so many different accommodations throughout her travels and she has been able to see what experiences you can truly have when you allow yourself to take chances. Throughout the episode we will be diving into some of the many trends, nomad stories, and even the tiny home movement that has swept across the world for its ability to be more convenient than other forms of housing.
Would you like a better look at what we might be talking about in this one? Check out the episode track below:
[ 0.00 - 11.00 ] - Introductions along with exploring what makes up a home?
[ 11.48 - 22.00 ] - Tiny Homes and living minimalist
[ 22.00 - 25.00 ] - Architecture begins and ends with people
[ 26.00 - 31.00 ] - Adi's travels and Airbnb experiences (like sleeping in giant potatoes)
[ 32.00 - 34.00 ] - Sustainability in architecture
[ 35.00 - 40.00 ] - Co-living and Shoutout To Portuguese Roots
[ 40.30 - 45.00 ] - What's the next location? & the closing napkin question
This interview was tons of fun and I would like everyone to find Adi Cohen on Instagram, LinkedIn and her podcast which focuses on architecture trends and some of the people behind some of the projects that are pushing the needle and future of the industry.

One year ago, I started the Property Marketer Show with little knowledge of alternative living along with little knowledge of architecture.
Although I lacked the knowledge, I was an avid viewer of the NEVER TOO SMALL youtube channel that has become super popular among so many different audiences across the design and architecture space. Some of my favourite pieces of architecture are on this channel and I am continually impressed by the incredible people and designs that I see on the show.
In this new episode, the man, the myth.... and the creator of the NEVER TOO SMALL series comes and joins me for a big look at the world of design. Colin Chee is a passionate person who continually looks for ways to bring value and knowledge to the design community across the globe. Along with the team at NEVER TOO SMALL media company, they have been able to build a media company that has garnered millions upon millions of viewers across Youtube and other social media networks (2M Subscribers On Youtube).
People, I was beyond excited to interview one of the most knowledgable and funniest guest we have had on the show. We were able to sit down and talk about the future of small living along with some of the countries that have really caught the attention of Colin and his team.

These are some of the questions that we will encounter in this new episode of the Property Marketer Show!

Haap is an organization that allows students and other persons in transit, find the best places to stay along with helping them find a community too! The company allows the people involved, get the chance to experience like-minded individuals in a co-living space.
As the trend of Co-living continues to expand across Europe, it is very interesting to see the concept expand within the African country of Nigeria too.
In this new episode, get inspired! See how you can use the advice given to create other co-living spaces in your city. The concept will only continue to expand as we look to make happier cities across the globe.
Ezekiel has been a huge help in providing much needed information about the future of the industry along with his take on housing within Nigeria. It would be great to hear more students and like-minded architects create much needed businesses like Haap.

In this episode, we show you the orange lamp. This is a lamp that has been 3D printed using orange peels to create a sweet smelling, attractive and efficient lamp for your next addition to your home.

What if we used date seeds? Was the question asked a Starbucks by these founders who created a new building solution called Dateform which uses dates to create different building materials and solutions.
We sit with the three founders, Alhaan, Hiba, and Nikhilesh about the world of alternative building structures, the start-up scene in Dubai, trends in construction, thoughts on future technologies, and advice for the next generation of start-ups in the UAE.
We were able to sit with these founders to get a better picture into their lives and how the exceptional education system and leadership in Dubai has allowed them to create revolutionary projects like Dateform.
The episode pin points the use of building solutions and how we each can do our part to create projects that are sustainable and good for the future of the environment.
For me, this was an exceptional episode that allowed us all to think differently about where we can live, what we can live in, and why we should live in it.
Take a listen to the brilliant minds of 3 founders that have a bright future and will be developing and expanding this new start-up into the future!
