In this Property Mom episode, our guest is spectacular, he is Seyi Eyitayo and he discusses how this strategy got him back into the game after a bad experience! It's the increasingly popular strategy of controlling assets using LEASE OPTIONS. I met Seyi just as I started getting into property investing and he first discussed the idea of structuring lease option deals I was like "huh?". I’m so happy to introduce you to a legend Susannah Cole, I came across her mid way through my journey and spent hours down the rabbit hole researching her. Susannah is one of the UK’s most successful self made property investors. She broke out of the corporate lifestyle and followed her dreams and took the risk to set up the Good Property Company which she has now been running for over ten years. However, it only took Susannah 3 ½ years to become a property millionaire, and in her first 3 months as a deal packager.

Within a short time she bought and flipped over 200 properties she got an amazing system in place and then scaled very quickly. With determination and the right knowledge, Susannah believes anyone can succeed in property starting with little. She now has her multi million pound property portfolio consisting of HMO’s, single lets and serviced accommodation.  She’s a great mentor, coach and exudes a lot of passion as she tells about the key learning points during her journey. She talks about the keys steps to take to set up yourself to scale, and very strong parting words for anyone looking to get started.

An amazing and deeply engaging episode with Emmanuel Asuquo who is a renowned, financial adviser, media personality, wealth building entrepreneur and international speaker.
