Ryan & Miho is a serviced apartment that will stand 30 storeys tall in Petaling Jaya, with 2 blocks housing a total of 1084 units. Ryan & Miho is a product of OSK Property, a respected property developer in Malaysia.  

The development will carry a commercial and leasehold title, with a minimum built-up of 678 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, and is to be completed by the year 2021. The launch price of the project is set to approximately RM550,000.

M Vertica is one of the highest condominiums you can find in Kuala Lumpur. At a staggering 50-storey high, the 5 block development will house over 3,600 units.  

The 5 blocks will be developed and released in phases. Mah Sing is currently opening up 1 tower for sales. The tower will consist of 2 types of layouts namely Type A and B.Type A is a 850 sq ft unit with 3 bedrooms while Type B is 1,000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms.   

The leasehold development is expected to be completed in 2021. The development will bear residential title which will be beneficial to residents in terms of utility bills and also yearly assessment fees.
