The Bible tells us that "the name of the righteous is a blessing, but the name of the wicked shall rot" (Proverbs 10:7). The heavy truth of the matter is that what we do on this earth will earn for us a name after the grave. Many don't care too much about the name they leave behind; however, we as Christians have been called to leave behind a great name. We are called to walk in integrity and not bring reproach to ourselves; most importantly, however, we have been called not to bring reproach to Christ an his word. Therefore, let us walk wisely, do what is right, and leave behind a godly legacy, because we only have one life to live, so we should live it right.
