It seems we're caught in a prophetic loop. For Canada its a repeating loop about "a coming revival." In the United States it's a repeating loop of God "raising up a remanent" and even the "re-cycling of old words." 

But in the midst of this loop, God has a plan. His plan is not only one of "restoration and redemption," but also one of "capturing the minds and hearts" of those who have strayed.

Dr. Rus continues the series entitled The Full Counsel of God. In Pt. 1 we discovered the phrase "The Full Counsel of God" appears only once in Scripture. Paul uses it as he encourages the elders from the Ephesian Church in Acts 20:27 saying, "While I was with you, I did not shrink from declaring the Full Counsel of God [all that God wants you to know]."

Now in Pt. 2, we will explore where we can find The Full Counsel of God in the Scriptures, sometimes known as The Mysteries of God.
