Fi: Lumi satoi hiljalleen alas, kuin paksu peitto.
En: The snow was gently falling down like a thick blanket.
Fi: Lapin eristäytynyt mökki oli täydellinen paikka hänen suunnitelmalleen.
En: The isolated cabin in Lapland was the perfect place for his plan.
Fi: Janne oli ahdistunut mutta päättäväinen.
En: Janne was anxious but determined.
Fi: Hän aikoi kosia Tuulia.
En: He planned to propose to Tuuli.
Fi: Tuuli istui takan edessä, kirja sylissään.
En: Tuuli sat in front of the fireplace, a book in her lap.
Fi: Hän rakasti lumisia maisemia, mutta ajatukset olivat muualla.
En: She loved snowy landscapes, but her thoughts were elsewhere.
