  • Halloween Episode🎃 | Spooky Memories, Family Stories & Things We Can't Explain

Got some tea to spill, a confession to make, or a little trouble to share? Leave the Queens a voicemail. We're all ears, baby! 🥂💋

This Halloween, the Prosecco Queens are bringing you spooky stories, childhood memories, family traditions, and, apparently, a few ghosts in the recording equipment! 😂

Gina and I are talking about our haunted house adventure in Rockaway, strange happenings in the Bronx, our family's experiences with Brujería, and all those wonderfully creepy memories that somehow become even funnier when sisters get together.

    Now, a little behind-the-scenes warning... 🎙️

This episode was clearly determined to give us a Halloween experience of its own! Between microphone issues, sound levels that had minds of their own, a few interruptions, and a dog who apparently decided she needed to contribute her own dramatic vocals toward the end, getting this episode recorded was an adventure all by itself. 🐶😂

But here's the fun part: Just when you think we're saying goodbye, we're not done!

After our original recording, Gina and I got back together virtually to continue the conversation. So if you notice a change in the audio, that's why! Different setup, different sound, same two sisters with plenty more to say.

Consider it our Halloween bonus round! 👻

Is the sound perfect? Absolutely not. Did we laugh, improvise, and somehow make it all work? You bet we did!

So grab your Prosecco (or whatever you're sipping), get comfortable, and join us for a Halloween episode filled with laughs, spooky memories, sisterly chaos, and a few unexpected sound effects.

And remember: don't stop at the first goodbye. There's more! 🎃

🥂 With love and a little Halloween madness, The Prosecco Queens

  • Prosecco Queens After Dark Series: The Songs She Kept | The Soundtrack of a Life

Got some tea to spill, a confession to make, or a little trouble to share? Leave the Queens a voicemail. We're all ears, baby! 🥂💋

Some songs don't just remind you of a moment.

They remember a version of you.

One quiet night, a woman puts on her headphones and lets the music play. And somewhere between one song and the next, years begin to disappear.

A childhood memory. A first kiss. A friendship. A heartbreak. A love she once believed would last. A car ride with her children. People she still knows, people who became strangers, and versions of herself she hasn't visited in years.

The Songs She Kept is a story about memory, music, love, growing older, and the strange way a song can take us somewhere we didn't even realize we still carried.

Because sometimes the songs we keep aren't only holding the people we've loved.

Sometimes they're holding pieces of us.

Tonight on Prosecco Queens After Dark, get comfortable, put on your headphones, and let the music take you somewhere.

You might be surprised by who you find there.

Stay with me a little longer. 🌙

  • Prosecco Queens After Dark Series: The Hours Between Us

Got some tea to spill, a confession to make, or a little trouble to share? Leave the Queens a voicemail. We're all ears, baby! 🥂💋

Some connections never quite become what they're supposed to be.

Not because the feelings aren't there. Not because the chemistry isn't real. Not even because two people don't care about each other.

Sometimes, it's simply more complicated than that.

The Hours Between Us is a story about the intimacy of almost — two people who keep finding their way back to one another, even when life, distance, timing, and their own choices seem determined to keep them somewhere in between.

    Not quite together.

    Not quite apart.

And maybe that's what makes certain connections so difficult to forget.

Tonight on Prosecco Queens After Dark, get comfortable, turn down the lights, and let me tell you a story about longing, timing, intimacy, and what happens when someone can feel a little like home… without ever quite becoming yours.

Stay with me a little longer. 🌙

  • More Than a Rapper: Black the Wave God on Family, Influence & Identity (Part 2)

Got some tea to spill, a confession to make, or a little trouble to share? Leave the Queens a voicemail. We're all ears, baby! 🥂💋

In Part 2 of my conversation with Black the Wave God, we continue exploring the layers behind the artist.

This episode moves beyond music and into identity — what it means to be a family man in hip-hop, how cultural stigmas shape perception, and how environment and influence play a powerful role in who we become.

We talk about: • Masculinity and accountability • The impact of family dynamics • Breaking stereotypes within hip-hop culture • Holding multiple identities at once — artist, husband, father, brother

Growth doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s shaped by the people around us, the examples we see, and the standards we choose to rise to.

If you haven’t listened to Part 1, I recommend starting there for full context.

Welcome back to Prosecco Queens — where we talk about love, legacy, healing, and the real stories behind the image.

  • Breaking the Stigma with Black the Wave God: Hip-Hop, Marriage, Fatherhood & Healthy Masculinity

Got some tea to spill, a confession to make, or a little trouble to share? Leave the Queens a voicemail. We're all ears, baby! 🥂💋

Part 1: Breaking the Stigma with Black the Wave God

In this Valentine’s Day episode of Prosecco Queens, Teresa sits down with Bronx-born artist Black the Wave God for an honest conversation about masculinity, marriage, music, and mental health.

There’s a long-standing stigma in hip-hop culture: you can’t be a rapper and a devoted partner. You can’t chase your dream and build a stable home. You can’t be an artist, a husband, and a father at the same time.

Martin — better known as Black the Wave God — has made it his mission to prove that narrative wrong.

    In Part 1, we explore:

    • The pressure men feel in the hip-hop space to choose between ambition and family • What it really means to “love out loud” • Moving from New York to New Jersey to build a life rooted in intention • The evolution of masculinity and emotional maturity • The role mental health plays in growth as a man • Breaking generational patterns while still honoring your roots

This conversation is layered, reflective, and grounded in real-life experience — not performance. Teresa and Martin unpack the idea that healthy masculinity is not weakness, that loyalty and ambition can coexist, and that love is not just romantic — it’s intentional.

As Part 1 closes, Martin begins to speak about the subtle lessons his wife has taught him — “even about the little things” — setting the stage for a deeper dive in Part 2.

If you’ve ever wondered whether you can build your dream without sacrificing your home, this conversation is for you.

Part 2 is coming in two weeks, and trust me… it gets even better.
