Justin Pogue opens up this chapter of the Motorcycle Journal with a cool story about how motorcycle rides can clear your head.  In a world where anxiety and depression is so prevalent I'm tempted to label this as a mental health video.  It gets me thinking that as dangerous as motorcycle riding can be maybe it's one of the most healthy things you can do too!  I hope this story of an adventurous man inspires you to look differently about how pursue quality of life and embrace masculinity.
