Week number four is complete. The league so far has been unpredictable. Houston continued its winning ways, while Tampa Bay finally got in the win column. DC struggled again! Dallas lost a heartbreaker, but more importantly lost their starting QB. St Louis is the best team in the East. Seattle and New York get a much needed spark from the quarterback position. Los Angeles continues to deal with injuries to key players. The Chalk Talk power rankings had lots of movement this week.
