Tune in this week to join the conversation about how feminism/female empowerment has affected and still continues affects the girls while growing up and trying to navigate through life. If there is one thing we want everyone to take from this episode is to be open minded, inclusive, and care about the world/problems that are not/do not affect you as well.

The tea is HOT this week as the studio goes crazy with the girls exposing each other's relationship issues.  Oh and of course it's all based on "hypothetical" situations, but you might want to tune in to hear about the mess that is these three's love lives- and Carina's inexplicable love for Justin- and by the way, if anyone that knows us is listening to this, no you didn't <3 .

The first guest has finally arrived to the Pro.tagonist Podcast! Tune in to hear the girls catch up with an old high school friend as she shares her crazy journey of going to college in France-oh and of course Moni's new life goal of moving to Europe for the drinking age.

In order to raise awareness for the upcoming election and the importance of voting, the girls decided to place a hold on our regular content, and talk about important facts that everyone should know about.

"What's your toxic trait?". Nobody. Nobody at all.  Carina: "YES!". This week is all about self evaluation, however Carina took the crown as the most toxic co host as she reveals exactly why she never replies to Monica's texts. Get your popcorn and soda ready for this tea spilling episode.

The girls decided to do a lighthearted funny episode this week to welcome the start of October, however Moni accidentally reveals her true opinion of Carina- shallow. Also included- Hima's inexplainable type in men, Carina's inability to distinguish yes or no, and Moni's love for bushes.

Thought your ex was toxic? We bet LinkedIn is more toxic. In light of suicide awareness month, this week the girls talk about mental health and their own struggles with mental health while trying to navigate through college, and just life itself.

It’s finally time to meet the girls and the truth comes out about what exactly Monica didn’t care to wash for an entire semester.
