At 27 he decided to break away from his dad and try something new at Enterprise Rent a Car. It was a great company with great structure, However, he didn't like the hours he had to work and having a ceiling on how much he could earn.

A buddy of his had been in insurance for a few years and told him he could set his own hours and make as much as he wanted to make. The rest is history! I've been with Appreciation Financial ever since.

Episode #31:  The biggest compliment I can ever give someone is if they are humble, accountable and hard working.  Dani Asti is all of those and then some.  It's pretty unique to watch someone be universally liked by everyone that they work with.  I wondered how that is possible, that is until I really watched and listened to this remarkable young lady.  This interview spans a lot of areas but some of the highlights are finding your own story, "fight to be authentic" and how a process can help you when you are not 100% that day.  This podcast was a joy to be a part of and I'm so happy to share it with all of you.
