Nik was elected as the Executive Director for a non-profit organization, ACTS of Love which provides resources and childcare for teen parents. As a Certified Christian Life Coach Professional and Counselor, she is dedicated to uplifting and encouraging women from all walks of life. She is also the founder of the Girls to Women Organization focused on the "Empowered Woman", and the owner of FacebyNik & Company which is a full-service beauty and event business featured in over 20 magazines, and recognized as the lead makeup artist for New York Fashion Week 2023.

Lady Nik serves as Co-Pastor and is an ordained Prophetess of a local Austin church with her husband Brandon Woodson, senior pastor of Turning Point Embassy.
