Today we cover the flipside, the oversexualization of the Black man. My friend, David, and I break down the past and present examples of the objectification of black men in our communities. 

Today's topic is a conversation I want us to have more openly on a trauma throughout our communities. The black female form, the black female experience, exists in spite of the fight it has to endure every single day. All black women including our Black trans sisters are constantly objectified, over-sexualized and consistently dehumanized in the media. Let our voices be heard!

We're also covering the most common form of mental disorders in our country; anxiety and depression. Why is it so shameful to identify mental illness or talk about it? I hope we can normalize conversations on mental health, especially in the black and queer communities, one conversation at a time.
