Sahara Rose (CAS’13) explores her entrepreneurial journey from starting a health and wellness blog during her time at BU to becoming a best-selling author of the Idiot’s Guide to Ayurveda. From there, Sahara has gone on to publish her second book, Eat Feel Fresh, and her brand now encompasses a massive social media following, a popular podcast called “Highest Self”, and much more.
