「Better is the poor who walks in his integrity

　Than one who is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.」Amen.

People who walk with integrity and live a serious life are easily appreciated by people. But there are people in the Bible called Pharisees. They observed the law and prayed conspicuously. They were the kind of people who thought they were righteous and lived in such a way that they looked down on others. It is not impossible that such feelings may lurk in some of us. We need to pray daily in order to examine our own hearts.
