「By long forbearance a ruler is persuaded,

　And a gentle tongue breaks a bone.」Amen.

If God were not patient and short-tempered, I would not be here on earth by now. God is a God of patience. Even when we try to leave Him, even when we show resistance, He is there waiting for us. For the essence of God is love. (1 Corinthians 13:13) “And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.”
