So, essentially, the Apostle Paul is telling all women to dress with reverence and self-control, rather than without reverence (to husband, God, etc) or without self control (one who is addicted to fashion, shows herself in a manner to draw the wrong type of men or attention, etc).

Name(s) above all names, enriching our ways of addressing God as the Father, The Son, The Spirit. There is a prayer language and there is a heavenly language. Let us address God according to His Word.
