「Then you will walk safely in your way,

I try to get a good night's sleep, exercise pleasantly, and eat comfortably. This way, I can spend my days with peace of mind. But sometimes I can't sleep; sometimes I have to go to the bathroom every two hours. Is it because of aging? But I don't really care. I'm just happy and optimistic, saying, "That's just the way it is sometimes" Because I leave everything to God.

　Today, too, may we surrender to the Lord....
