"Start from Kai" a saying from a Chinese tale, meaning to begin with what is close at hand. "Change yourself rather than others," if you wish for someone to be a certain way, start by becoming that way yourself. The Bible says, "Focus on yourself. Set your heart, do not waver, do not turn to the right or to the left, but firmly establish to walk in the path of love."
