Solomon gives his fourth of ten addresses to a son. God's wisdom is explained in terms of human relationships. A series of "do not" instructions are given. Pastor Rhode describes what makes human beings secure and confident in this anxiety-filled life. Solomon, in the role of parent and teacher, emphasizes the blessings God gives through His wisdom, imparted to those who trust in Jesus and receive the forgiveness, new life and eternal salvation offered through Jesus. In contrast, those who resist, scorn, and reject God's wisdom are condemned.
