Bobby Womack fue un brillante compositor, cantante, guitarrista y productor con cincuenta años de carrera que se mantuvo firme hasta el final. Desaciertos, tragedias y adicciones no pudieron con la carrera del músico de Ohio. Tampoco dejó que su maltrecha salud le impidiera reaparecer en 2012 a lo grande con el álbum: The Bravest Man In The Universe, bañado este trabajo de soul y electrónica, impulsado por Damon Albarn y Richard Russell. Bobby Womack fue uno de los grandes del soul, falleció en junio de 2014.
