Dave Hurley is an online personal trainer, fitness coach, founder of the Resistance Band Academy, and creator of the Emerald Isle Power Mastermind. After more than 20 years running a successful print and design business, working with global brands and luxury car companies, Dave made a courageous decision to change direction. At 50, he qualified as a personal trainer and fitness coach, and at 52, he walked away from a secure, established career to follow a deeper purpose: helping people transform their health, strength, and confidence.Now in his 60s, Dave is widely known as “Resistance Band Man,” recognised for his expertise in resistance band training and his ability to make fitness practical, effective, and accessible.
