This podcast episode focused on relief efforts for Venezuela following two major earthquakes, with hosts Rev Aysleth Stutts and Christy Lopez welcoming guests Marilyn Morales, Alejandra Reyes, and Hemp Princess- Addy Vazquez to discuss how to help the affected population. Marilyn, a registered nurse and Guinness World Record holder, shared her experience helping during 9/11 and emphasized the importance of prayer, funds, and supporting trusted organizations on the ground. Alejandra, a Mexican community leader, described the difficult situation facing first-generation Venezuelan immigrants and highlighted the need to separate political issues from humanitarian aid efforts. Hemp Princess explained the benefits of industrial hemp for construction and reconstruction, describing how hemp materials can provide better insulation, fire resistance, and carbon sequestration while being more sustainable than traditional building methods. The discussion covered practical ways to help, including supporting legitimate organizations, educating communities about hemp building techniques, and ensuring aid reaches those in need rather than falling victim to political manipulation. All of them are on Facebook and Instagram. We got to interview Dave from Ireland. My cohosts:  @Lorindaxoxo  and  @TheModernDayNoah  Very glad that we got to have an Irish Man so our audience can hear the Irish accent in English. Dave Hurley is an online personal trainer, fitness coach, founder of the Resistance Band Academy, and creator of the Emerald Isle Power Mastermind. After more than 20 years running a successful print and design business, working with global brands and luxury car companies, Dave made a courageous decision to change direction. At 50, he qualified as a personal trainer and fitness coach, and at 52, he walked away from a secure, established career to follow a deeper purpose: helping people transform their health, strength, and confidence. Now in his 60s, Dave is widely known as “Resistance Band Man,” recognised for his expertise in resistance band training and his ability to make fitness practical, effective, and accessible. He works with busy professionals over 40 who want results without sacrificing their time or their bodies. Rooted in the belief that Proximity Is Power, Dave also brings driven entrepreneurs and leaders together through his global mastermind series, which initially, will be hosted across Monaco, Oslo, Rome, and Osaka. Today, he supports clients and communities worldwide, not just through fitness, but by helping entrepreneurs grow their networks, elevate their thinking, and build businesses that truly reflect who they are.Find out more at https://emeraldislepowermastermind.com
