Rahul Kunkolienkar is known for his joyful, fun-loving, & positive personality, which makes him a role model for deaf students in Goa. A true inspiration to parents, he supports & encourages deaf children to pursue higher education. With the support of government schemes & policies for tribal students, he achieved a high level of educational qualification & became the first deaf individual in Goa to be RCI-certified as an Indian Sign Language (ISL) teacher. Currently serving as an LDC at the RTO office in Ponda, Rahul has paved the way for many deaf students to enter the teaching profession & has motivated them to consider it as a career.
