October 25, 2021 Holy, DC info-dump, Batman!
Possible spoiler that have been leaked about the upcoming Eternals movie. So, avoid this part of the podcast if you don’t want to be spoiled.
We will not be fully revealing his character on this podcast.
Marvel’s “Eternals” is releasing next Thursday, November 4th.
Other MCU news is that the Disney’s whole slate of movies, up to 2023, have been updated to “reaffirm” their commitment to the big screen – for now.

Superman joins the LGBTQ
In the upcoming Superman: Son of Kal-El #5. Jonathan Kent (son of Clark and Lois Kent), and current Superman of earth, comes out as Bisexual. Currently engaging in a romantic relationship with Jay Nakamura, a reporter who learned of Jon’s secret identity and who’s hero is Lois Lane.
Thoughts?
Jon is added to the LGBTQ super-powered community, joining recent additions: Tim Drake (Robin), Jackson Hyde (Aqualad), New power couple Harley and Ivy, and more will likely be added.
DC partnership with Webtoon!
Something that slipped under my radar was that DC partnered with the world’s number one webcomic platform “Webtoon Entertainment Inc.”
After DC’s partnership with Korean-based manga publisher; they released Batman: Wayne Family Adventures. A slice of life, short story format, comic that showcases the everyday meanderings of the Bat family.
Could this be proper avenue for DC to recoup after the losses they had during Covid19?
WandaVision spinoff announced!
The new series will revolve around new fan favorite: Agatha Harkness
Kathryn Hahn is set to reprise her role as the bewitching user, of the dark arts, to set the Marvel landscape ablaze and, hopefully, continue her amazing work within the MCU. Yes, my dear listeners, it was Agatha, all along!
Adam Warlock has been officially casted.
James Gunn pulled the proverbial trigger and confirmed that he has, indeed, casted the comic book proclaimed, “pinnacle of human evolution” and “perfect being.”
Will Poulter, known from movies such as “We’re the Millers, The Chronicles of Narnia, and, most recently, Midsommer with Florence Pugh; the new black widow.

September 28, 2021Way too many video games and trailers!
Both, Sony and Nintendo had their monthly livestream that showcased a bunch of upcoming games and news, this month. Nintendo had theirs last week, and Sony, earlier in the month.
A slew of games was announced and shown during the livestreams and here’s some of our favorites.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic was shown at both events but might be massively different for both consoles.
The Switch will have the classic RPG that was released back in 2003. Launching in November.

While the PS5 will have a full Remake with updated graphics and include events from both KOTOR 1 and 2. Release date is TBA

Castlevania Advanced collections launched on the Switch later that day.

Mario Party Superstars was revealed and will launch at the end of October.

Metroid Dread – Extended Story Trailer was revealed. Will release this October 8th.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land reveal trailer. Will launch in the Spring of 2022

Bayonetta 3 – Gameplay Trailer! Will release in 2022!

Gran Turismo 7 – Official reveal trailer! Drops March 4th 2022!

Forspoken – Gameplay Trailer! Releases in the Spring of 2022

During the Nintendo livestream they announced an interesting tidbit of movie news!

Legendary game developer, Shigeru Miyamoto, announced that an animated Mario movie will be releasing December 21, 2022 in North America. Other regions have yet to have a release date.
Chris Pratt as Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy as Peach, Charlie day as Luigi, Jack Black as Bowser, Seth Rogan as Donkey Kong, and Charles Martinet (original voice actor for Mario and many other) will voice other roles.
