When everything is so uncertain its is perplexing how we humans continue to seek happiness in the intangible. Tonight we talk about the issues that come with this state of being as well as ways in which to mitigate these slippery slopes.  

Tonight I wanted to take a moment to destress after a very productive week. When was the last time you took a moment to destress and let the body, mind and spirit enjoy stillness? We all need time to mend our internal wounds and rest our inner selves.

Back in LA and finally able to pump out some more shows. Tonight we talk about the world fears grip on it. Worry and fear are very prevalent during these election times and I enjoy pondering on why it is we fear in the first place.

Going back home is always a trip filled with sprightful energies as well as dreadful hesitations.
These feelings are mixed for good reason and the only culprit to blame is sweet nostalgia. I do a deep dive in this episode as I self analyze  motivation and passion.
