We’ve all been there; we get attached to people, things, jobs and experiences, which has more to do with their association with our identity and our ownership of them to our identity. This is our ego yet again at play in our mind. 

But you can even get attached to the outcome of something. In this state of attachment, we let our emotions get in the way. 

In this episode, I share how I’m reminding myself to practice a Buddhist philosophical thought rooted in understanding how our ignorance of impermanence leads to attachment, which leads to all suffering.
