Former PlayStation Executive, Shahid Ahmad, has gone on record stating that the launch of PS4 could quite possibly have been the end of PlayStation as we know it. Of course, we always knew that the PS4 was going to have an uphill battle due to the shortcomings of the PS3’s launch and life-cycle but to hear former execs equate the PS4’s success to life and death for the brand is certainly a new perspective.
