To be clear I’m not referring to things that someone finds therapeutic, like music, exercise, axe throwing, etc… and I’m also not saying everyone needs to go to therapy in order to make positive changes. That’s absurd. What I am saying, from what I’ve seen so far in my life, is anyone that says “I don’t need to go to therapy. I do my own form of therapy”… is the ones that need some help the most.
This is dedicated to the folks who are aware of what they do and refuse to take any steps to be a better version themselves.
