The Public Servants Association, PSA has condemned the dire conditions at Koster Hospital in North West. The Union is citing falling ceilings, leaking roofs, and dilapidated wiring that endanger employees and patients. The PSA is now demanding immediate intervention from the MEC for Health to inspect, shut down hazardous areas and fund urgent repairs.
