Psalm 139 is a request from Adam, a dear brother in Christ.
David sings about how much God knows him and even made beautiful plans for David when he was in his mother's womb. He sings about how much our Lord cares for him, and that, despite the hardships in his life, he knows that God will take care of him.
David is in awe and is grateful. You can see in the later verses where the Lord is so dear in David's heart to the point where David would not turn a blind eye to any insult to his God.
I pray that the Lord is anchored in our hearts as deeply because we know that He first loved us.
